NisAir History

NisAir Air Conditioning was originally founded in 1973 by our parents Philip and Patricia Nisa. In 1970, Philip, his young bride; Patricia, and their three children decided to relocate to Boca Raton, Florida from Bronx, New York.

After a few years of working in the HVAC field in Boca, Philip and Patricia decided to move a little further North to a “less busy” area, Martin County. In 1973, Philip and Patricia started their own company in a small office in Jensen Beach with their partner, whom Philip worked for previously in Boca Raton.

Growing up in and around Air Conditioning with our father made every day a learning experience. It was a time when contracts and projects were approved with a handshake and a smile. It was not odd to be at dinner with Dad and the next minute find he had left the table to go into an attic and check out a concern the restaurant owner was having about their air conditioning. He had a strong work ethic that he wanted to pass down to his children.

In 1986, as the children were getting older and more involved in the business, the partnership changed to be Phil, Pat and two of their children, Phil Jr and Christine. Phil Jr and Christine have and continue to run the operations of NisAir and look forward to the next generation of air conditioning family members to join in.

Our company goal remains the same as our father taught us, which was to keep the tradition of excellent service and to continue to build long-lasting relationships with our customers based on customer satisfaction, trust and value.
