Philip A. Nisa Jr.Florida State Lic. CACO41199 Phil Jr decided long ago to follow his father’s footsteps working in the family a/c business since he was a young teenager. Having grown up in Martin County and watching its growth, his ambition has kept NisAir growing along with the Treasure Coast. Educated at Indian River Community College Phil Jr was first licensed in HVAC in 1986. Phil has always been actively involved in education and mechanical advancements in the air conditioning trade, construction field and air quality matters. Phil Jr is a community minded, family man having served on The Mechanical Board for Martin County, designed systems for The Boys & Girls Clubs and Habitat for Humanity. Phil also can also be spotted on any one of the area baseball fields having coached for Martin County North Little League, American Legion Post# 318 and Fall Ball teams for John Carroll High School, St. Joseph Catholic School, Martin County High School and Jensen Beach High School. |

Christine Nisa MulrooneyChristine originally started with the Nisair 1983 while still attending Martin County High School. After graduation, she continued to work for the company while attendeding Indian River Community College for Business and Career Development. She originally took over her mother’s position, and over the years has helped the company grow and change with the times. Chrissie is involved in many different business groups, and enjoys giving back to the communities in which she works and lives by volunteering and supporting many worthwhile organizations. She currently resides in the Martin County area, and enjoys spending considerable time with her three daughters and her husband. |
